7th august: i publish a post saying "i'm going to break into linkedin london hq"

27th august: our team meets with a manager there... and we get an invite to go pitch our ideas and data in person

but let me take you back a little further (just before that original post)

my friend Lixu Chen and i are talking, and she asks me something- how come we never see linkedin creators outside of the US/Canada get invited to visit the linkedin hq?

and the more we think about it, the more we realise that things like that never seem to happen to creators in europe or the uk

so lixu puts together a team of some of the best gen z creators and founders we know in the uk- Henry Li, Lenon Muma, Nana Agyapong

and we realise that, between the 5 of us, we have what matters most to linkedin-

YOU GUYS

an audience of young, hungry creators and entrepreneurs. people with so many ideas about what's working (and what really isn't) on this platform. people with passion and inspiration and creativity- all of which DESERVES to be heard

so (before our meeting) we asked to hear all of your voices. and today we got to share them all

and now we're taking it a step further and going to gather even MORE data, even MORE voices, even MORE ideas

... and we've been invited to go pitch it directly at the hq :)

so, if you haven't filled out the form yet, here's the link to help shape the future of this billion-user app: https://tally.so/r/A7eOPB

and if you're waiting for a sign to just do that cool thing you've been thinking about (even if you think there's no chance of it working)...

then let this be the evidence that sometimes it really does work out.
