i love to make linkedin as stressful as possible
(i promise i'm not a complete psycho 😭)
and before you judge, just hear me out for a second
i love leaving posting to the last second. as in i never ever schedule posts (unless i know i'm going to be away for multiple days)
what a smart person would probably do is batch write their posts for the week, and then be linkedin-stress-free
but there's something about forcing yourself to show up each day that teaches you so much
something about the pressure of HAVING to put out a post, while you're tired or rushing out the door or late to prom (whattt who said that last one)
it starts training your creativity, and ability to suddenly spin up stories and come up with ideas
and yes, creativity is something everyone says you can't put a time limit on. but i've found that when you do so, you can often surprise yourself with what you can produce
and by immediately posting after i write something, it becomes the most honest version of what i'm thinking
you're not getting my thoughts from last week or last month, but the version of me that is RIGHT NOW
besides if you're not frantically trying to write something before going out for the night, then you're missing out on the most adrenaline linkedin offers ;)
