you'll never crack the algo
if you post "top-voice content"
when i first started writing on here, a lot of my feed was full of the toppest of top voices on linkedin
and most of their content was the typical linkedin posts you're told to write: the tweet screenshots, big quotes, large infographics, long carousels
and they'd consistently pull in hundreds and thousands of reactions
but this is the absolute worst content for YOU to write
those accounts get the exception because their audiences is already massive, and that's the content they got big on (back when the algo favoured it)
you can of course take inspo from their writing or their structure, but for actual content ideas, start looking closer to home:
which small accounts are exploding? who's pulling big engagement on a tiny follower count?
find them. study them. and that's how you'll actually crack the algo. (or at least get one step closer to it)
