8th june: <6k followers and i told everyone i would hit 10k before summer ends

31st august: we just hit 10k!!!

when i started posting on here 248 days ago, i always had this number of 10k in my head

for whatever reason, i thought that that would mean i'd made it on here-

that i would just keep daily posting until i could reach that goal, however long it took

and i know at the start of summer i told you all that i would get to 10k, and i walked you through this whole plan i had to do it in time

and i meant it- i followed the plan through, i did all the steps and the work... but a part of me really didn't believe i'd be able to do it

because for some reason that final jump from 9k to 10k just seemed monumental

but if the past 8 months on here have taught me anything, it's that monumental things happen all the time to people. so who's to say that you're not one of those people?

and in reality nothing has really changed. i'm no different than i am yesterday, or i was last week

but i CAN tell you that i am different than i was 248 days ago

it's not really about the numbers, but just everything this has given me- the opportunities, the people, the jobs, the skills, the lessons, the friends

so, truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single one of you

everyone who was here right from the start, and everyone who joined along the way. the fact that my journey (the ups and all the downs) has been able to resonate with so many of you really does mean the world to me
